Anna Baran

The colour of my artwork – preprogrammed, aiming at detection of what is symbolic, and depending on the narration of the painting can still create a separate meaning. I look at the colour which I discover by its appropriate temperature with connection of weight. Its nature is included in analysis and study with inclusion of how it is performing in combination with other colours. Its definition is also buried withing the surfaces or spaciousness that is distributed on the canvas with inclusion of light.

My artwork always carries a contextual meaning which aims at portraying a universal sense through the synthesis of form and shapes. The overall understanding always relates to the assigned tittles. I see the individual artwork as written novels, sometimes poems as I contain them with a singular theme. Exposition of various plot threads through the skilfully applied formal elements and means of expression elaborate on its various aspects. I exercise the style that leaves the audience with an incomplete interpretation in the style of contemplative abstraction.
